For anything you plan to actually sign, always get professional legal advice.
What file types can I upload?

Free users can upload .TXT, .DOC, and .DOCX files, or paste contract text directly into the box. .PDF upload is a Pro feature — upgrade to unlock it. If you have a PDF right now, you can copy and paste the text from it as a workaround.
How many free analyses do I get?

Every new visitor gets 2 free contract analyses with no account required. After that, you'll need to upgrade to Pro (0.008 ETH/month) for unlimited analyses. Your free count is stored in your browser — clearing your browser data will reset it.
How does the Pro upgrade work?

Pro is paid with Ethereum (ETH) — no bank card needed. Send 0.008 ETH to our wallet address, then email your transaction hash to us. We manually activate your account within a few hours. Automated activation is coming in a future update. Pro gives you unlimited analyses, PDF uploads, full red-flag scanning, and complete negotiation wording suggestions.
Is my contract kept private?

Your contract text is sent to the AI model for analysis and is not stored by Legal GPS. However, it does pass through the AI provider's servers. We recommend removing sensitive personal details (names, addresses, account numbers) before pasting if you are concerned about privacy. Never upload documents that contain passwords or financial credentials.
How accurate is the AI analysis?

The AI is very good at identifying common red flags, unusual clauses, and plain-English explanations of standard legal language. It is not perfect — it can miss nuances, misread context, or flag things that are actually fine in your jurisdiction. Think of it as a first pass that tells you what questions to ask a lawyer, not a replacement for one.
Can I download or save my results?

Yes — after every analysis, a Download Report as PDF button appears at the bottom of your results. This uses your browser's print function to save a clean, print-friendly version of the full report including all clauses, the action plan, and the verdict.
